Meet Khanyisile
Khanyisile is a seasoned Human Capital Practitioner, Facilitator, and Executive Coach, with extensive Non-Executive Directorship experience. With over 20 years of partnering with business leaders across diverse industries, she has led strategic and tactical transformation initiatives as a Centre of Excellence Lead, HR Generalist, Business Partner, Coach and mentor.
Her qualifications include BCom: Industrial and Organisational Psychology, BCom Honours: Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Executive & Management Coaching Certification, and an Integral Coaching Certificate. She is a member of COMENSA and is working on her credentialing. She also owns a Brain Harmonics franchise where she does brain assessments and brain training to augment client wellbeing.
Passionate about people development, Khanyisile’s vision is to empower and transform individuals and organisations to create sustainable, value-driven environments.
She is multilingual, speaking six languages (isiZulu, English, isiXhosa, Setswana, Sesotho, and conversational Sepedi), and understanding seven—bringing cultural depth and inclusivity to her leadership and coaching practice.

Khanyisile Mabaso is a Neurofeedback Practitioner, Brain Harmonics franchise owner, and Executive Coach with 25+ years of experience in Human Capital leadership. Using EEG / electrodes, she conducts brain map assessments for children in Sandton, Randburg and its surroundings and helps them navigate behavioural and learning challenges. Each set of brain map assessment results are used to explain and help parents understand brain imbalances affecting their children. Brain training that is unique to each child's brain is recommended and conducted at specific intervals in order to bring relief to parents and restore children's confidence. How We Help Children
Emotional Issues
When a child experiences emotional issues, Fear, Panic, anxiety or depression, they often don’t know how to vocalise this. It can look like a sore tummy, frequent crying, temper tantrums, lack of motivation to do chores or school work and much more. We strive to balance emotions in children before we look at how they are able to focus and concentrate. Once a child can get quality sleep and feel happy then being able to learn correctly can happen.
Behavioural Issues
Most behavioural issues are caused from traumas, stress, anxiety and depression which are caused from external stressors. They are the child’s way of acting out the discomfort. We have had some children with behavioural issues related to injuries to the head as well. When we have a traumatic brain injury, frequencies pad at certain sites in the head to protect us but this can also cause imbalances such as fight or flight where children become reactive and aggressive.
Learning Issues
Many factors can contribute to learning issues, being distracted, not being able to take information in clearly or battling to retrieve it. We look at 5 issues that contribute to this in an assessment to clearly advise on how we can assist your child. We have a learning program that we run while their brain is being brain trained to teach the learning techniques as well as to create new neural pathways to assist with this.
