Meet Khanyisile
Khanyisile is a seasoned Human Capital Practitioner, Facilitator, and Executive Coach, with extensive Non-Executive Directorship experience. With over 20 years of partnering with business leaders across diverse industries, she has led strategic and tactical transformation initiatives as a Centre of Excellence Lead, HR Generalist, Business Partner, Coach and mentor.
Her qualifications include BCom: Industrial and Organisational Psychology, BCom Honours: Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Executive & Management Coaching Certification, and an Integral Coaching Certificate. She is a member of COMENSA and is working on her credentialing. She also owns a Brain Harmonics franchise where she does brain assessments and brain training to augment client wellbeing.
Passionate about people development, Khanyisile’s vision is to empower and transform individuals and organisations to create sustainable, value-driven environments.
She is multilingual, speaking six languages (isiZulu, English, isiXhosa, Setswana, Sesotho, and conversational Sepedi), and understanding seven—bringing cultural depth and inclusivity to her leadership and coaching practice.
